- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- ¾ cup apple butter
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon (optional, for extra spice)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill while preparing the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Spread half the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Spoon and swirl in half of the apple butter.
- Repeat with remaining cheesecake filling and swirl in the rest of the apple butter on top. Use a knife or skewer to create a marbled effect.
- Chill for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until set.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy the creamy, spiced layers of fall flavor!
Notes
- Chill the crust before filling to help it set.
- For extra spice, add an extra pinch of cinnamon to the filling or crust.
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
