Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 12 tbsp hot sauce, to taste
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • Optional: sliced pickles or green onions

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3–4 minutes until warmed and lightly golden.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, and honey until smooth.
  3. Toss warm chicken with bang bang sauce until fully coated.
  4. Slice slider buns in half and place bottom halves on a serving tray.
  5. Spoon bang bang chicken evenly over buns.
  6. Top with shredded lettuce and optional toppings.
  7. Cover with top buns and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For milder heat, reduce hot sauce to 1 tablespoon or less.
  • You can use leftover cooked chicken or rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
  • Toast the buns lightly for extra crunch.
  • Make-ahead option: Mix sauce and store chicken separately, then assemble just before serving.
