  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a loaf pan completely with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until very smooth and creamy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  5. Sift in flour and salt and mix just until smooth.
  6. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and tap gently to remove air bubbles.
  7. Bake for 45–50 minutes until the top is deeply golden to almost burnt and the center is still slightly jiggly.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool completely at room temperature.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing for the best texture.
