Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

- Place a tortilla in a clean skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over half of the tortilla.
