- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1½ cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken, mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, garlic butter, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir in cheese.
- Lay out tortillas and evenly spread the chicken mixture down the center of each.
- Roll up the wraps tightly and place them seam-side down in a lightly greased skillet or panini press.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until the wraps are golden and crispy and the cheese has melted.
- Slice and serve warm. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
- For a lighter option, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise and reduce the cheese amount.
- If you don’t have a panini press, cook in a skillet until both sides are golden and crispy.
- Let the wraps rest 1–2 minutes before slicing to help the fillings set.
- Experiment with mozzarella or cheddar, or mix both for a different melt and flavor.
- Add extra greens like spinach or lettuce for extra crunch and nutrition.
