  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (optional)
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×9 or similar baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion, bell pepper, and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in rice, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, paprika, garlic powder, pepper, parsley, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in cheddar cheese (and mozzarella if using).
  5. Transfer mixture to the baking dish and cover tightly with foil.
