  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups diced potatoes (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sliced green onions for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
  3. Add ground beef or turkey and cook until browned; season with salt and pepper. Drain if needed.
  4. In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, broth, cheddar, mozzarella, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add diced potatoes and the cooked meat mixture. Stir to coat everything well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until potatoes are tender and the top is golden and bubbly.
