- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Add ground beef or turkey and cook until browned; season with salt and pepper. Drain if needed.
- In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, broth, cheddar, mozzarella, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add diced potatoes and the cooked meat mixture. Stir to coat everything well.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
- Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until potatoes are tender and the top is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
