- 4 sandwich buns or brioche rolls
- 1 tbsp butter (for toasting buns)

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add shredded chicken and cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Stir in Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Mix until cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Meanwhile, butter the insides of your sandwich buns and toast them in a skillet or on a griddle until golden brown.
- Spoon the creamy chicken mixture onto the toasted buns. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.
