Description

Shredded chicken is folded with sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, and halal turkey bacon, then tossed with pasta (or rice) for a hearty bake.   • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ cup halal turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 cups cooked pasta (or substitute 3 cups cooked rice for a gluten-free option)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sliced green onions for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken, cheddar, mozzarella, and turkey bacon.
  4. Fold in cooked pasta (or rice) until fully coated.
  5. Transfer mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
