Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, honey, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Cook for 4–5 minutes until chicken is well coated and lightly caramelized. Remove from heat.
  3. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Slowly whisk in milk and cook until sauce thickens, about 4–5 minutes.
  5. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt.
