Instructions
- Place chicken breasts, onion, garlic, crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.
- Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, and return it to the crock pot.
- Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
- Add shredded mozzarella if desired for a thicker, cheesier soup and stir until melted.
