Description

Debbie Christmas Tree Cake Truffles are simple, no-bake treats inspired by Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, with a creamy filling and a glossy white chocolate coat. Crumble the cakes, mix with softened cream cheese into a soft dough, roll into 1-inch balls, chill briefly, then dip in melted white chocolate and finish with festive sprinkles. Great for holiday parties, dessert trays, or gifting, delivering creamy texture and Christmas cheer in every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (for melting)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother coating)
  • Holiday sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, crumble the Christmas Tree Cakes using your hands or a fork.
  2. Add softened cream cheese and mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt white chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
  7. Place back on the baking sheet and immediately top with festive sprinkles.
  8. Chill for another 10 minutes until the coating is set, then enjoy!

Notes

  • Make ahead: refrigerate up to 2 days or freeze for longer storage.
  • For extra smooth coating, add a touch more coconut oil.
  • Use full-fat cream cheese for richer flavor and texture.
  • If you prefer a thinner coating, add a tablespoon of coconut oil to the melted chocolate.
