  • 1 bag (9.75 oz) Doritos nacho cheese chips, lightly crushed
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup corn (frozen or canned, drained)
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional topping: extra Doritos + green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken, corn, green onions, cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheese.
  4. Spread a layer of crushed Doritos on the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Add the chicken mixture over the chips and spread evenly.
  6. Top with another generous layer of crushed Doritos.
  7. Bake 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with extra green onions and a sprinkle of Doritos.
