  • 2 lbs beef stew meat or beef tips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 packet beef gravy mix
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Quickly sear beef tips on all sides for added flavor, then transfer to the crockpot.
  2. Add diced onion and garlic on top of the beef.

  5. About 15 minutes before serving, cook egg noodles according to package directions.
