- 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 4 cups halal, gluten-free chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ tsp salt, adjust to taste
- ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 3–4 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds.
