- 2 celery stalks, chopped

- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Brown the beef on all sides, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add the beef to the crockpot, then add carrots, onion, celery, mushrooms, and garlic.
- In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, grape juice, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaves.
- Pour the mixture into the crockpot and stir gently.
- Cover and cook on low for 7–8 hours or high for 4–5 hours until beef is tender.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Remove bay leaves.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm over mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread.
