  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup cooked seasoned ground chicken or shredded chicken (halal-friendly)
  • 1/4 cup salsa or mild taco sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Butter or oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Warm each tortilla on a skillet for 10-15 seconds to make them flexible.
  2. In the center of each tortilla, add a handful of shredded cheese.
