Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut, graham crumbs, chocolate chips, and salt.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until the mixture is evenly coated and sticky.
- Scoop out small amounts and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray and chill for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
