  • Rice vinegar — 1 teaspoon
  • Frozen vegetarian potstickers — 12–16 pieces
  • Sliced mushrooms — 1 cup
  • Shredded carrots — 1 cup
  • Chopped bok choy — 1 cup
  • Green onions, sliced — 2
  • Black pepper — ½ teaspoon
  • Optional: red pepper flakes — to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat; sauté garlic and ginger 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Pour in vegetable broth, soy sauce, and rice vinegar; bring to a gentle boil.
  3. Add frozen potstickers directly to the pot; reduce heat to medium and simmer 5–7 minutes.
  4. Stir in mushrooms, carrots, and bok choy; cook 3–4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. Season with black pepper and optional red pepper flakes.
