Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a skillet for pan-frying.
  2. Set up three bowls with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs mixed with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge chicken slices in flour, dip into egg, then coat well with seasoned breadcrumbs.
  4. Cook chicken in a skillet with olive oil until golden and crispy, about 4–5 minutes per side, or bake for 18–20 minutes until crisp.
