  • 1 can (10.5 oz) French onion soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss or provolone
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season with garlic powder, thyme, pepper, and salt.
  4. Stir in uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, French onion soup, and beef broth.
