Description
Garlic Butter Whole Chicken is a quick slow‑cooker recipe that yields juicy, buttery poultry with just five minutes of prep and six‑seven hours of hands‑off cooking. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper into a fragrant rub, coat a whole chicken, add a cup of chicken broth, and let low heat work its magic. The result is tender meat that falls off the bone, ideal for weeknights, family gatherings, and pairs well with roast veg sides.
