Description
Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are baked, golden bites of beef, cheese, and garlic butter wrapped in biscuit dough.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tube (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese into the center of each dough round.
- Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over each biscuit bomb.
- Sprinkle the tops with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dip.
Notes
- You can bake these bombs on a parchment-lined sheet for easy cleanup.
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
- Leftovers can be reheated in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 5–7 minutes.
- To make ahead, assemble the bombs, wrap well, and refrigerate up to 2 hours before baking.
