Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are baked, golden bites of beef, cheese, and garlic butter wrapped in biscuit dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
  3. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round.
  4. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese into the center of each dough round.
  5. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over each biscuit bomb.
  7. Sprinkle the tops with parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dip.

Notes

  • You can bake these bombs on a parchment-lined sheet for easy cleanup.
  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
  • Leftovers can be reheated in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 5–7 minutes.
  • To make ahead, assemble the bombs, wrap well, and refrigerate up to 2 hours before baking.
