Description
Ghost Oreo Balls are a no-bake, creamy, spooky Halloween treat: Oreo truffles dipped in white chocolate and shaped like little ghosts.

- 1 (14 oz) package Oreo cookies (use vegan or halal-friendly brand if needed)
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese or vegan cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz white chocolate or white candy melts (use dairy-free if needed)
- Mini chocolate chips or black icing (for eyes)
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- Add softened cream cheese and pulse until fully combined into a sticky dough.
- Scoop and roll mixture into small balls (about 1 inch). Flatten slightly on top for ghost shape if desired.
- Place balls on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, and place back on parchment.
- Quickly press in mini chocolate chips as ghost eyes before coating sets.
- Chill until coating is firm. Store in fridge until ready to serve.
Notes
- Chill the dough and balls between steps to help them hold their shape.
- For vegan/halal options, use vegan cream cheese and dairy-free white chocolate; ensure oreos are vegan/halal if needed.
- If you don’t have white candy melts, use vegan white chocolate and coconut oil to thin as needed.
- Store leftovers in the fridge; best consumed within 3-5 days.
