A high-protein, flavor-packed bowl made with lean ground beef, roasted sweet potatoes, creamy cottage cheese, avocado, and a drizzle of hot honey.
Ingredients

- 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1–2 avocados, sliced
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning (~3 tbsp)
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2–1 cup chopped cilantro
- Hot honey, for drizzling
- Optional: jalapeños, red pepper flakes, lime juice
Instructions
- Toss sweet potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil and seasonings.
- Roast at 425°F for 25–35 minutes, or air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet. Add ground beef and taco seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Assemble bowls with 1/4 of each: sweet potatoes, beef, and 1/2 cup cottage cheese.
- Top with sliced avocado, cilantro, hot honey, and optional toppings like lime or jalapeños.
