Description

Halloween Chicken Parm Sliders are crispy chicken parm sliders with marinara, gooey mozzarella, and spooky spider-web buns for a fun and frightful Halloween party snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns or mini dinner rolls
  • 12 crispy chicken tenders (halal)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • Black olive slices or tiny mozzarella rounds (for eyeball decoration, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on the baking sheet.
  3. Place one crispy chicken tender on each bun.
  4. Spoon marinara sauce over each piece of chicken and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Top with the upper halves of the buns.
  6. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and herbs.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
  8. For a Halloween twist, drizzle extra mozzarella in spider-web shapes on top, or add olive eyeballs for a spooky touch.
  9. Serve warm and watch your guests scream for seconds!

Notes

  • Line the baking sheet with parchment to prevent sticking.
  • Halal-friendly ingredients: confirm chicken tenders are halal and cheese is suitable for your dietary needs.
  • To avoid soggy buns, don’t overload with sauce and avoid excessive soaking of the bottom bun.
  • Decorate after baking with spider-web mozzarella shapes or olive eyeballs for a spooky effect.
