  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella evenly over the rolls.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  6. Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
  7. Bake uncovered for 15–18 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  8. Let cool slightly, pull apart, and serve warm.
