Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt or light mayo
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 4 large whole wheat or flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible.
  3. Spread a spoonful of the zesty dressing down the center of each tortilla.
  4. Layer chicken, avocado slices, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion evenly.
  5. Drizzle a little more dressing on top if desired.
