- 1 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or green onions
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, season lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining olive oil to the skillet. Stir-fry asparagus for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, and cornstarch mixture.
- Return shrimp to the skillet and pour in the sauce. Toss everything together and cook 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened and coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions and serve immediately.
