Ingredients
- 1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1½ lbs baby potatoes, halved

- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Add potatoes to the bottom of the crockpot in an even layer.
- Place chicken on top of the potatoes.
