Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Stir in olive oil, salt, and flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for 5–6 minutes until smooth.
- Place dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll dough into a rectangle and transfer to baking sheet.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the dough.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are lightly golden.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush garlic butter generously over warm breadsticks, slice, and serve.
