Instructions

  5. Hand-Mixed Option: Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy.
  6. Stir in olive oil, salt, flour, herbs, garlic powder, and cheese.
  7. Knead until smooth, then let rise until doubled.
  8. Shape, place in a loaf pan, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–35 minutes.

  • You can use all-purpose flour if bread flour is unavailable; dough may be slightly denser.
