- 3 cups diced potatoes (fresh or thawed frozen)
- 12 oz halal turkey kielbasa or beef kielbasa, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Add the diced potatoes, sliced halal kielbasa, and diced onion. Stir until everything is well coated.
- Fold in half the cheddar and half the mozzarella.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
