  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup crushed pretzels
  • ½ cup crushed potato chips
  • ½ cup holiday M&M’s
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla; mix until combined.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until a soft dough forms.
  5. Chill dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  6. Fold in pretzels, potato chips, M&M’s, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles.
  7. Scoop 1 1/2 tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place on prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are golden but centers are soft.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
