- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- 3 cups mashed potatoes (prepared or leftover)
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix all meatloaf ingredients until just combined.
- Press meatloaf mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking dish.
