- ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked shredded halal chicken
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil, drained and chopped)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- Optional: red pepper flakes for heat, fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, carrots, and celery; sauté 5–6 minutes until softened.
- Stir in garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, pepper, and salt; cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
