- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the rolls.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
- Brush butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 8–10 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Slice into individual rolls and serve warm.
Notes
- Best served warm and fresh, but can be reheated in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 5–7 minutes.
- For a dairy-free option, use vegan cheese and vegan butter.
- To make smaller bites for a party, cut each mini into quarters after baking.
