Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sautéing until fragrant and softened.

- Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, broth, Italian seasoning, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.

- Stir in ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan until melted and creamy.
