Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pound chicken breasts lightly to even thickness.
  3. In one bowl, whisk the eggs. In another, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat fully in the parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place on the baking sheet and bake 20–25 minutes, or until crispy and fully cooked.
  6. For the sauce, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
