  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices halal turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute more.
  4. Add marinara sauce and let it simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix alfredo sauce with half of the parmesan.
  6. In a greased baking dish, spread a thin layer of the beef mixture.
  7. Add a layer of lasagna noodles, then spoon over the alfredo mixture, add some beef mixture, mozzarella, cheddar, and chopped turkey bacon.
  8. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with cheese and turkey bacon on top.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  11. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley.
