Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls Recipe

– 2 cups Peaches, fresh
– 1/4 cup Brown sugar
– 1/4 cup Granulated sugar

1. Start by peeling and pitting the fresh peaches, then chop them into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, combine the chopped peaches, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix well to coat the peaches evenly.
3. Lay out the egg roll wrappers on a clean surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of the peach filling in the center of each wrapper.
4. Fold the wrapper over the filling and seal the edges with a little water, ensuring they are well sealed.
5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
