- Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange crackers in a single layer.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar together. Stir constantly until it starts to bubble. Let boil for 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Stir in cinnamon, vanilla, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Carefully pour caramel mixture over the crackers, spreading evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until caramel is bubbly and slightly darkened.
- Let cool completely, then break into bite-sized pieces.
- Optional: drizzle with melted chocolate or top with nuts before the caramel sets.
