  • 3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari (gluten free)

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add shrimp, season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add remaining olive oil to the skillet. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
