- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
