- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup halal turkey bacon or turkey sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced green onions for topping
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Add ground beef or turkey and cook until browned; season with salt and pepper. Drain if needed.
- In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheddar, mozzarella, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add diced potatoes, cooked meat, and turkey bacon or sausage. Stir to coat evenly.
