  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional topping: sliced green onions or parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in shredded chicken and cooked spaghetti until everything is well coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
