Instructions
- In a small saucepan, cook strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice over medium heat for 10–12 minutes until thick and jammy. Cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Scoop small dollops onto a plate and freeze for 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
