  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional: sesame seeds, spicy mayo

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
  2. Stir in teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Simmer 3–4 minutes until thick and glossy.
  3. Warm tortillas briefly in a pan or microwave.
  4. Layer shredded lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, and green onions onto each tortilla.
  5. Add the warm teriyaki chicken on top.
  6. Drizzle with extra teriyaki or spicy mayo if desired.
