    • 1 cup buttermilk
    • 1 cup all‑purpose flour
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Vegetable oil for frying
    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tbsp sriracha

Instructions
