  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook elbow macaroni until al dente; drain.
  3. In a saucepan melt butter, add milk and buffalo sauce, then stir in cheddar and mozzarella until smooth.
  4. Combine pasta, shredded chicken, and cheese sauce; mix well.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  6. Bake for 20‑25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
